Refund & Return Policy

At Delhi Diaries, we take immense pride in offering uniquely themed diaries that celebrate nostalgia, emotions, and everyday stories — from Heera Panna to Old Is Gold. We want you to love what you order! However, if something goes wrong, here's how we handle refunds and returns:

Returns & Refunds – Physical Diaries

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

• You received the wrong diary
• The diary was damaged during shipping
• You received a defective or misprinted product

To qualify:

• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt
• If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

To request a return or refund, email us at diariesdelhi140@gmail.com with your Order ID, product photo(s), and a short description of the issue. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Custom/personalized diary orders
• Items returned after the return window

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before dispatch.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

In rare cases of courier delays, we appreciate your patience. If your diary is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll take prompt action to resolve it.
